CARS MEETING MINUTES
Thursday, July 9, 2026

Meeting Opened at 7:01 PM w/Pledge by President Paul Krahmer
Introductions of club officers, members, and visitors were made.

Committee Reports

• Secretary Report:  Minutes are posted on the club website. Accepted without correction.
• VE Team: No testing since last meeting.
• EMCOM/Public Service: A recent emergency exercise was conducted.
• Repeater Committee: Tarpons Springs repeater Echolink computer will now automatically restart Echolink after rebooting.
• IT Committee Report: Google Workspace accounts are being set up for all club members.
• Net Report: No longer a formal net. Weekly rag chew for now.
• Treasurer Report:  Treasurer report was provided and approved, current balance $7,764.16. Current membership is 50. An audit needs to be scheduled.

Old Business

• None.

New Business:

• Ron, N2SKH, made a motion to spend $172.60 to pay for field day expenses. Seconded by Mike, K4HN. Approved by membership present.
• Ron, N2SKH, gave a presentation on Field Day results.
