CARS MEETING MINUTES

Thursday, February 12, 2026
Meeting Opened at 7:01 PM w/Pledge by President Paul Krahmer
Introductions of club officers, members, and visitors were made.
Committee Reports

• Secretary Report: Minutes are posted on the club website. Accepted without
  correction.
• VE Team: No testing since last meeting.
• EMCOMM/Public Service: West Central Florida Simulated Emergency Test was conducted
  this past Saturday. Pinellas ACS upgraded software on Command Runners.
• Repeater Committee: A person was contacted at Advent Health to arrange a visit to the
  Tarpon Springs repeater site. It appears that the repeater coverage is limited currently.
• IT Committe Report: Nothing to report.
• Net Report: Need more net controllers. 4 to 5 check-ins each week.
• Treasurer Report: Treasurer report was provided and approved, current balance
  $7,790.04. Current membership is 33.

• Paul, KA4IOX, gave a presentation on Winter Field Day results.
• 50/50 Drawing: Won by Orin, K4OLE.
