Meeting Opened at 7:02 PM w/Pledge by President Paul Krahmer
Introductions of club offices, members, and visitors were made.
Committee Reports

• Secretary Report: Minutes are posted on the club website. Accepted without
  correction.
• VE Team: One candidate who did not pass.
• EMCOM/Public Service: 1,100 people participated in a recent FEMA simulated event.
  Statewide exercise planned for the end of October.
• Repeater Commitee: Repeater survey results were discussed. The Meese Manor
  repeater has been taken off the air due to a hardware problem. A majority of the
  members present are in favor of the club having a VHF repeater. It was agreed that the
  old repeater equipment should be recovered from Morton Plant Hospital as soon as
  possible. The possibility of running a weekly net on the Tarpon Springs repeater with
  access via Echolink as an interim measure was also discussed.
• Treasurer Report: Treasurer report was provided and approved, current balance
  $7,766.06. Repeater fund set aside is $640.
