Meeting Opened at 19:03 w/Pledge by President Paul Krahmer
Introductions of club offices, members, and visitors were made.
Committee Reports

• Secretary Report: Minutes are posted on the club website. Accepted without
  correction.
• VE Team: One candidate was tested, but failed the Technician exam.
• EMCOM/Public Service: No report.
• Repeater Commitee: No commitee activity.
• Treasurer Report: Treasurer report was provided and approved, current balance
  $7,736.68. Repeater fund set aside is $640.
  Old Business
• Tom, NY4I, asked how viable is it for the club to have a repeater on the air?
  Discussion ensued.
  New Business:
• Tom, NY4,I made a motion to allocate $200 for Field Day. Mike, K4HN, seconded
  the motion. The motion was passed unanamously.
• Discussion of upcoming events.
• TOM, NY4I, gave a presentation about Field Day 2025
